Who are Santa and his elves?
There may be a little Christmas magic involved, but our approach to safeguarding and care remains exactly the same.
Santa, his elves and everyone supporting the event are appropriately DBS background checked in line with our safeguarding procedures. Our safeguarding protocols remain fully in place throughout your visit.
Our team is trained in safeguarding, with trained paediatric first aiders available and the necessary food hygiene procedures followed for the preparation and serving of food.
So, while the surroundings may feel a little more magical than usual, the standards we work to remain exceptionally high.
My child has a food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement. What should I do?
After purchasing your ticket, please email info@clarehouseschool.org with details of any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements.
This allows our team to understand your child’s requirements and discuss any appropriate arrangements with you ahead of your visit.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked session. This will give you plenty of time to park, check in and get settled before your experience begins.
Which entrance should I use?
Please use the entrance on Bridgend Road, CF36 5AS. Follow the long driveway and continue through the gates, where Santa’s elves will be waiting to greet you and direct you to the designated parking area.
Please drive slowly and carefully when entering the site to help ensure the safety of all our guests.
Where should I park?
Complimentary parking is available on the Clare House School Porthcawl campus.
Look out for Santa’s elves when you arrive, who will direct you to the designated parking area.
Can we take photographs?
Yes. You are welcome to take photographs of your own child and family during the event.
We ask that you respect the privacy of other children and families when taking or sharing photographs.
What should we wear?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your booked session so you can enjoy the full experience.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to welcome you into the session, but unfortunately we cannot extend the scheduled finish time.
