HOW TO APPLY

Applying to Clare House School is straightforward, personalised, and designed to give your family confidence at every step. Whether this is your child’s first school or you are transferring from another setting, our admissions team is here to guide you through the process to your child’s first day.

START YOUR APPLICATION
Complete our online form with your child’s details and supporting documents. Once submitted, we’ll review your application within 48 hours.

RECEIVE YOUR OFFER
We’ll contact you directly with the admission decision and walk you through next steps.

CONFIRM ENROLMENT
Secure your child’s place by returning the required documents and paying the enrolment deposit. We’ll support you with everything you need as you prepare for your child’s first day.

WHAT TO PREPARE

You’ll be surprised how simple this is.
To process your application, please have the following ready to upload:
Passport and/or birth certificate
A recent photograph of your child
Proof of address
Parent or guardian ID
Any relevant school reports, assessments or medical/IEP documents
Age placement follows Welsh Government guidelines, ensuring your child joins the year group suited to their stage of development. If you’re unsure which year group applies to your child, our admissions team is happy to help.

Families who apply before 31st May 2026 and join us in our opening year will receive a 10% tuition fee credit, applied to Term 3 fees for the 2026–27 academic year. This recognises the commitment of families joining Clare House School at the very beginning of our story.
