Sally Davis
Executive Head of School
Sally Davis brings outstanding leadership experience, warmth and vision to Clare House School. Before joining us, Sally spent 33 years at Howell’s School, Llandaff — one of Wales’ most respected independent schools — including 17 years as its Head of School.
Sally is known for her belief that every child deserves to feel valued, inspired and capable of achieving more than they imagined. Her leadership is grounded in strong relationships, deep care for community and a commitment to creating schools where children love coming to learn.

A highly respected educator, Sally has led thriving academic and wellbeing teams, developed exceptional teaching practice, and created school cultures built on purpose, ambition and fun. She brings both wisdom and warmth to the Clare House School community.
